I swear, nearly 90% of the websites I go on have this ad popping out somewhere highly visible, completely unmissable. What's this even about? For it to have been so widely spread all of a sudden, people must be falling for this, whatever it is.

Well, I can't say that it wouldn't work, but economically speaking, the price for the ability to learn any language in 10 tens days should be far greater than a measly hour's paycheck.

You're looking at the wrong definition for idiot.
Idiot savant isn't the widely used term for them anymore, but it's not incorrect either.
