You will be fine. Its obvious your 3.3gb ram is less than 4gb for windows 7 requirement.

there is something wrong.
you have 32 bit windows - max 4 gb
your graphic card have 1gb and you have 3.3 gb of ram.
3.3+1= 4.3

4.3>4
someone is lying here.
