can somebody plz teach me how to do pointers using AA script? i have read one of the threads here and it talks about pointers but I cant get it to work. then by the time I get to the end of the post its so confusing with ppl throwing out different codes that my brain gets all knotted up and i cant tell up from down.
here is an example pointer: [[[game.exe+3070A0]+68]+1e4]
can somebody plz show me how to write this in AA so i can set the value at 0 (or any other value since its just an example). also plz tell me why you did what you did, like explain any alloc or symbols or push, ecx, pop, or whatever. I appreciate it

That depends on what you actually want.
Do you want to write the 0 constantly, or just once ?
If once, why use a aa script and not a cheat address ?
anyhow, with AA there are multiple ways
1:
| Code: |
[[game.exe+3070A0]+68]+1e4:
dd 0
|
every time the code is executed it'll evaluate that pointer and make it 0
2:
| Code: |
mov eax,[game.exe+3070a0]
mov eax,[eax+68]
mov [eax+1e4],0
|
Then this can be executed with a code injection, or if you want to do it a single time, use createthread and execute it. (if a single time, really, use a cheat table entry)

For some reason I can never find the proper address of the pointer.
Game pointer =
"YSF_WIN.exe"+001CC134->xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx+e4=Address of pointer I am trying to edit.
Does anyone know how to write this in terms of AA?
"YSF_WIN.exe"+001CC134:
mov al,29
pop ecx
add al,B0
Everytime I use
[[YSF_WIN.exe+001CC134]+e4]:
dd 50000
It takes me to some wierd address and not the one in the pointer.

[[YSF_WIN.exe+001CC134]+e4] is read as [[YSF_WIN.exe+001CC134]+e4]+0
Meaning: You're writing it as a level 2 pointer with last offset 0
if it's a level 1 pointer then do [YSF_WIN.exe+001CC134]+e4:
