Look into 'naked' functions. You can do similar to what AA scripts do using them.

Probably the lack of usage and the addition of Lua made it pointless to keep.

What will happen if I write Prolog/Epilog codes?

What's the reason Ce is not using it?

I mean instead of jumping, if DB used a call to some another location. Then what was wrong?

If you define the functions as naked, you have to write the prolog/epilog code for them. Naked functions are literally just that, naked. There is nothing written for you at that point. You need to do all the stack clean-up manually and such.
