Eh, cloak and dagger, brass beast, boston basher, shahanakanaknrakrnkanra, and persian persuader are all better than defaults, off the top of my head.

the shahanahara or whatever is a kukri that does +50% damage when you are at or above 50% health, and -50% damage when you're at or below 49% health.
Or maybe it minicrits or something, I haven't played in ages.
But if you're under half health AND close enough to melee someone I figure you're screwed anyway.

The persian persuader is a demo sword that turns all ammo into health.
So you can't pick up any ammo unless supply cabinet, but you get so much health from everywhere, killing someone is a full heal if their primary is out.

I prefer tomislav but we were talking about guns that are better than the default, that means no serious tradeoffs or changing your play style.
Since a heavy is slow as fuck when firing the minigun or brass beast it makes no difference whatsoever if you go a little slower, the extra damage is worth it.
The tomislav however is for players who don't need to noob around.

Moving slower is irrelevant, the slower rev up time is what makes it shitty.
