You misunderstood me.
I mean say you pick Teemo + Janna and you're against Ashe + Soraka, it'll pretty much be a farm lane and Ashe will scale a lot better than teemo later on. This is of course ignoring the fact that Teemo has no real escape (His W isn't enough to stop ganks) while Ashe has an arrow that can completely stop a gank or set your team up for a counter gank.

You can derp and say "I have blind, soo gewd" but a good ashe will just stay out of your range and kill minions at tower. She'll lose a few CS but she'll still be better than Teemo later on. This of course isn't even considering that a good arrow can completely change the outcome of a teamfight.
Also, Teemo's blind is extremely short ranged and if you do manage to get it off against the Ashe in a team fight then you'll just die instantly seeing as you have to be in the middle of the team fight in order to use it.

tl;dr: Ashe is extremely viable, but baddies gon' bad

This. Ashe is a late game champion. In fact, arguably one of the best late game AD carries. Sure, other carries can bully her in lane, but unless they bully her a lot, it isn't going to matter by end game when she rapes their face with crits and they can't even run away.

You've probably never seen me play Teemo. Onhit >>>>>>>> Any right-clicker AD carry.

Not trying to burst your bubble or anything, but Ashe is just terrible as a carry and is more properly utilized as a tool to stun. Teemo has more escapability than Ashe though.

Teemo has very little range. There are many carries that outclasses Teemo such as Kog'maw, Caitlyn, Tristana, Ezreal, as well ash Ashe.
Her skills are also recognized in teamfights, being able to poke as well as a tide turning ultimate. Her hawk eye vision allows the team to hint where the enemies are located. This is more than what Teemo could do. Also against smart players, more of the melees are also able to leap on Teemo and shut him down before he can do anything. Anyways, it just all pin points on your proficiency with the champion.
