| I can see Sejuani being OP along with Taric, Gragas, Master Yi and Warwick. One time I built four Phantom Dancers, Bloodthirster and Infinity Edge with Taric and I went 20/2. I was practically unstoppable and if any damage was dealt to me I would just self heal.

Master Yi is really strong. When I play him, I don't even build infinity edge at all. If laning (which I don't really ever do on him), berserker grieves, avarice blade, youmuu's, phantom dancer, then either two BTs or a BT and a LW, and then a GA unless absolutely faceraping and not taking any damage at all (or at least healing it back with lifesteal), in which case I get another BT. If jungle, same thing except start with wriggle's, which I sell at end to get either GA or another BT.
Youmuu's is such a strong item on Yi. It almost seems like it was made for him, but I rarely see people get it. Also, there's really no reason to stack damage early on master yi because he has no abilities that scale off AD. In fact, the only reason not to build more attack speed is because PD + youmuu's active + ult brings you really close to 2.5 already.
edit: Not to mention his passive as well of course.

he has no CC, very susceptible to CC, and can't really be built in any way that wont leave him lacking in one area or another because of these flaws. Which is why he's good for pub stomping, but nobody ever dares to pick him in competitive play.

You just have to know how to play him. You can't play him like a typical AD carry or bruiser because he's neither. I personally play him more assassin. In team fights near end game, you just have to sit at the back, wait for the initiation, then q the AD carry, hit r, e, activate youmuu's, ad carry will be dead in less than a second, you can q the next squishiest champ and repeat.
I mean he's squishy, has ridiculous burst that's sustained even, and he has a gap closer. Why play him anything but assassin? And yeah, he can be shut down in lane pretty easily, that's why I jungle him. Only against certain champs do I lane him.
