Well sure in a sense but the cvars are all changeable ingame. A config is already there, you're just changing the values that are there.

i assume the other team didnt have a medic either then, because an uber can kill an entire team without a medic, unless they just run back and stay in spawn, in which case you could cap the points
if neither teams has a medic, then getting one helps, theres no reason to not have one.
and theres plenty of shit medics, even if it is easy to play, most dont know who or when to uber and how to block engies turrets correctly
