I found a tutorial on L4DL4D2EUROPE's channel on youtube, called: "C++ How to make a DIRECTX MENU HACK Pt 1/6" (I can't post links since I am new), I followed it, and injected the finished dll file, using the injector that he linked in the video's description, and one that I made which injected other dll files (I opened the injector before the game so it injected at the right time), but no menu showed up. I figured I made an error in my code, but that wasn't the problem because I tried to inject his finished dll file, and that still didn't work either.

Is there a file that I could be missing, or could it be something about my PC specs that it wouldn't work?

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
GPU: ATI 4890
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q9550
Ram: 8 gigs ddr2

Does the dll make use of class method pointer hooks?
If so, that can be why (I noticed on my own system that the direct3ddevice method pointers sometimes get reset back)

I don't think so, I honestly don't understand all of it. It's just a menu that doesn't actually do anything (yet), so I don't think so. If you want to check it out, he uploaded his solution on part 6/6. Thanks for replying.
