So I have a legit copy of both of these, the Home Premium is currently installed on my computer. Is it possible to use Microsofts anytime upgrade to upgrade to ultimate? (Note: I don't have an upgrade code, but rather a complete ultimate license)

Don't think you'll be able to do a simple upgrade. You can do a complete install of Ultimate and the installation will automatically backup the old OS into a Windows.Old folder of some sort on your root drive.

Try it, migrating from home premium to ultimate works (as long as they are of the same architecture). I'm unsure whether it'll work with a stand alone license rather than with an upgrade code though as I've never tried it.
