how might I load that on my computer without buying a 7 GB CD and a burner? I already made a partition and a boot option for it using EasyBCD.

Windows 7 is a bitch, it wont install from usb like xp could. i once wanted to install and i dint have a burner, and obviously dint have a disk eather, so i looked online to see if it was posible, and i could not find anything that could help me boot from a usb, to install. so just ask a friend or rent an external dvd drive, and install.

Microsoft makes a program specifically for booting w7 off a USB. It's called the USB/DVD tool. You can choose the iso and mount it to a USB and it becomes bootable.

I JUST installed Win7 Ultimate (64bit) via USB. Do kindly check online again after a while, there's tons of methods for creating a bootable USB for it now.

Yes USB works fine, if you have a flash drive large enough or external hd.
Otherwise you can make a partition on your hard drive, copy the iso files there, boot from that partition and install to your main partition, then delete the install partition when done (or keep it in case you have to reinstall).

Two questions:
#1 - Can I simply open the W7 .ISO with Winrar and put the contents of the ISO in the root folder of the partition? (F:/)?
#2 - Does that program work with a pirated ISO? And would it just load to installation when I chose the W7 boot option?

You can, but I'd rather not. It can be useful if you get a very annoying virus that you can never remove, or if your computer just breaks due to boot up problems, or registry errors. Trust me, it's useful.

Just use a program called unetbootin. It is for linux distro mainly but also works for creating win 7 usb disk. You need have a flashdisk of at least 8gb.
Been using it forever.
The benefit of it is its lightweight, and just 2 or 3 clicks to get everything started

Ah, okay. I downloaded a fresh copy and my Dad gave me a DVD+R for it. USB method just wouldn't work.

It was the only thing that burned a proper disc for me though. I don't know what speed it burns at but too fast and too slow never worked so its something in the middle maybe. Good luck with it.
