with my new pocket knife. i currently do not have insurance to go to the hospital. It is near the tip of my right index finger. It is about 1/8 inch deep. What do i do?

Clean it with peroxide, pinch it closed and smear superglue on it to keep it shut.
Also, don't play with knives. This is what happens when you do.
