When you complete a special holiday achievement you get a chance to win a game/voucher/coal. With coal being the most common. If you get 7 coal you can either craft 7 into a gift or wait for the 2nd and get entered into the prize draw thing (If you have 3 coal you get entered 3 times etc.)
