C is not a useless letter, neither is X, and neither is Q. If they were then they would've been eliminated in the hundreds of years they have been used. And you know what? His argument doesn't suck. Let's just talk about the letter C, which has two sounds, a soft S and a hard K. So basically it could be substituted in either case with S or K, which only have one sound each.

Don't even tell me you don't see the logic here.

nice job not reading any of what i said and reiterating exactly what he did
because i really had difficulty understanding what he originally said

if s and k only have one sound each, and if s and k can substitute for c(varying in circumstances between which of the two can substitute), then c can be substituted for k and s
using this logic, k is obsolete because the letter c does what k does, and more
learn to logic, hypocrite
