How do I hack it? All these Youtube video tut's suck, usually need to fill out surveys and cellphone scams. They don't even work.

no good games, save OOT3D, Super Mario 3D, and a few others I probably missed.
Actually the reason I didn't buy the 3DS is the lack of good games

Well, I don't mind buying a flashcart. I saw a ton of videos on youtube saying it can be jailbroken, but eh.

| There is no hacking on 3ds. GL using an acekard since nintendo put a disclaimer on the box saying if you hack they can brick your 3ds.

They aren't allowed to brick it.
At most, they can disable services(e-shop, updates). If they were to completely destroy the system, they are ruining a good that you paid for. You can sue them and pretty much win no matter how good of a lawyer they have.

I'm pretty sure he didn't sign anything when he bought the 3DS.
