They're both correct.

#1 states its part of the 4600 Series, there is probably another chunk of information inside that same app/window that states the exact chip and such.

Yeah it's the same thing.

There's no such card as an ATI 4600.

Mine does the same thing. Displayed 4800 series when I have the 4850.
