Mafia 2 traine rhelp
How do I cheat?

Hey guys, I have Mafia 2 for steam and I am trying to make a trainer for infinite health and ammo (no reload) Can someone please guide me threw this?
I have cheat engine 5.6
Please reply I know I sound pushy, i apologize. But i am in dire need of assistance
