u mught as well get some AD to boost your damage output and a couple AS items and survival

I've only bought it on Vayne once when there were 3 tank deeps on enemy team. Most of the time it isn't worth it though.

It's not worth it. Vayne has a built in madreds. The thing a lot of people seem to think is that Madreds works well against tanks, but in reality, it's only good against squishies. You have to take into consideration that tanks will be building resistance items, squishies will not. Madreds deals magic damage. I remember someone doing the math on it before, but either way, it's really not worth it on vayne. It's much more worth it getting B.F. sword items since they will actually help you deal more damage with your Q.
