Im using it as a way to study. I heard you could access your subconscious and unlock some forgotten memories.

you gain enjoyment for time that is usually wasted. most of our sleep we do not dream and is still wasted, but at least for some part of it you can have enjoyment.

its the same things you can gain in real life and maybe even more.

Everyone dreams, you just forget about it when you wake up, because theres a penis stuck inside your brain.

I know that, I don't think that dreams we can't control are very fun though, and usually you can't remember them so its a waste of time. Im not saying sleep is a waste of time, but if you have the ability to control your dreams and do not or don't try to then youre wasting your own time

After you wake up, relax and close your eyes and focus on what you dreamed about- it keeps your brain in "sleep mode" thinking you are still dreaming helping you remember what you dreamed.
Choke on bananas before you sleep.
Drink apple juice 1-2 hours before you sleep.
Record what you dreamed about(like ascii said).

I'd love to be polyphasic and have a 22 hour day, with 6 20 minute names every 4 hours

The one thing I hate about sleeping, is when you're laying down, relaxed, comfy, and you start to think... How do we even sleep? How can my body force itself to go unconscious simply by me willing it to happen by closing my eyes.

One hour of laying there in silence later and I say FUCK IT get up and play video games until I can hear my brain liquefying, then I lay down with music up so I can't think.

Like I said, all of us dream. You just don't remember it.
