I mean fuck. time warner used to give nice speeds, granted, at a high cost. well recently, ive been having an issue with my modem, rebooting and such. i look into it, and to my joy, turns out a butthurt kid is dos'ing me, and it eventually cause my modem to completely shit itself. tw, after about a month of bitching at them, finally offered to replace the modem, after my parents threatened to get their rack of lawers out. best they would do is replace with the same, exploit, bug ridden POS, so fuck that, i asked a about their policy for modems that i can buy. they tell me its fine. next day, after buying my own and attempting to activate it, the guy tells me "oh we see your computer on the network buy not your modem. well send a guy tomorrow"
next day, no one shows up, no call here to explain an issue, and oh better yet, our internet service gets canceled. why? they refuse to tell me. so now im stuck using a public wifi with the above speeds. what the hell is this pile of steaming shit, thats happening?
