What I want to do is highlight a certain section in the timeline and move everything to another spot. The part that's highlighted has more than one clip. I'd rather do this than move every single clip individually.

Do you guys know how I'm supposed to do this?

click a clip
click another clip but hold ctrl while clicking
repeat ctrl clicking until you have all the clips selected
drag any of the clips and they will all move
alternatively, click a clip, and shift click another clip
all the clips inbetween those clips will be selected
