Who isn't "Dan". I'm sure in some way, shape or form, there is a "Dan" apparent in everyone. If not emotionally, intellectually or logically, then physically, represented in owning the right to be called "Dan".
This reflects the artists successful attempt in giving everyone who views his art the ability to relate and feel the emotions of the artist when creating this piece. Besed on this, I would say that the particular artist in question is very skilled, and am at the edge of my seat in ecstacy in trying to contemplate his next stroke of perfection. I doubt a simple-minded buffoon such as myself will be praised with such clarity, however what is man without the will to improve him self, in all aspects and do what he can for those he cares for.
