1. Right-click on menu/tab bar
2. Select Menu Bar, deselect "Tabs on top"
3. Go to customize menu, drag back/forward buttons to the left of the address bar.
Should look similar enough.

if you want to get rid of that annoying transparency effect if you have windows 7 (Especially annoying if you have a window with animations running behind firefox) then create a userChrome.css file in your profile's \Chrome folder and make sure it contains
| Code: |
window, page, dialog, wizard, prefwindow {
background-color: -moz-Dialog !important; }

Thanks haswell, that helped.
Dark Byte, I don't really get what you're saying. Where is the \chrome folder?

The chrome folder should be in C:\Users\account name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\profile name, ie. 0w2sy8t5.default\chrome
There should be an example CSS file inside the chrome folder, just read it through and add the code DB provided. Then edit the file name and delete the "-example" part from the name.
