I used to take baths in Biotex after my circumcision. Worked great. Unfortunately Biotex is a Dutch cleaning brand; don't know any English equivalent.

Hydrogen Peroxide is a tad expensive though. And you can't exactly put it on a washcloth, shit will hurt.
