xilisoft is good, just go borrow it. If you have ati stream or a Geforce with cuda it will convert it faster using your gfx card.

Just mod it.
Unless you have that motherboard, you can do so with ChickHEN and a memory flasher.

oh yeah, I saw that, but choosing to do that requires you to choose a template size, and I wasn't sure which to pick.
