I have a second degree red belt in karate. I also won second in state for my old judo team. Honestly the only reason you probably could beat me up is because your weigh more than double than my weight. Come at me bro.

Unfortunately I'm bound by code stating that you are in fact the one that should come at me, first. Aside from that, I would never randomly come at people. But if you try to hurt me, I'll definitely hurt you.
But we're veering off from the original point I was trying to make. Physical prowess does not determine who is stronger. It's not the amount of strength that matters, but how well you use what you have.

You lose your cardiovascular endurance so quickly.

This. I used to be able to run a couple of miles nonstop with a couple of sprints every once in a while, but now I can hardly do 3 at the same rate I used to.

What did you take? Americanized Karate or Japanese karate?
Judo works differently too BTW
