Horrible color choice, cuss words (may sound stupid, but makes the thing seem unprofessional), poor layout (all server sided hacks could simply be listed instead of making each a question), poor grammar at certain points in the text, spelling errors, etc.

because bright colors on dark is bad. always use dark text on cool colors but in this case you have gray.

Red is too bright, it detracts from reading the text as your attention is constantly drawn to it. The layout is poor in the sense that repetitive answers are given, things that have the same answer should be grouped under a general question which envelops them, so that the answer is shown only once. Remove the cuss words and it seems more professional. Your winrar link is broken, and I'll glance at grammatical and spelling errors now.
P.S.: Red should only be used for warning messages.
Action Script should be ActionScript.
Shock wave should be Shockwave.
"can no be patched" should be "cannot be patched".
"Where is the SWF online link?" should be "What is the SWF link?"
"...you talk of..." should be "...you speak of...".
"...What is my best bet to use?" should be "What should I use?"
"...too use..." should be "...to use..."
''...it auto-manically''' should be "...it's automatically..."
"...moderators/admins..." should be "...any moderator\admin..."
