It's a type of drink that highly in caffeine, comes in a nice blue glass bottle (original flavor), and taste pretty damn good!
For me, one of the drinks I like is to mix cranberry juice with orange juice.

ew nasty, you have an unrefined beer palate. can't go wrong with yuengling lager.
light beer tastes like shit unless you're already at the point where it tastes like water.

I agree light beer is disgusting. BLL hardly tastes like a beer though, so I don't judge it as a beer. I judge it as a drink, which is what the poll asked.
And yes I know there are better bitch beers, but BLL has a special place in my heart for all the good times I've had drinking it. So that's why it's my favorite... those special times have made it taste fantastic.
As for the best non-flavored beer, it'd be Full Suspension Pale Ale.
