I understand how to bypass the check on password, but how did you find out the password. is it stored? if so where?

In the "CPU" child window, right-click the assembly code, and click "Search for" followed by "All referenced text strings". OllyDbg detects "Failure" as a referenced text string because of its being pushed onto the stack as a parameter for a call to __vbaStrCmp.
