No but really this was started on 4chan a while ago and I must say I liked the idea.
The purpose is to make a lot of accounts with the same name with the same profile picture from different unique IPs. If it goes well and it is spread enough throughout the internet we will be thousands. Facebook's reaction is what we would like to see.
Being able to troll with the account is just extra icing on the cake.
