I loaded the site earlier today and for like 30seconds it was up but I couldn't download the Windows version, it is confirmed though.

I'm having the same issue. Currently just going to use my VM to use the Mac version.
Edit: Didn't work. Prolly cause my image was horrible and just couldn't run it, if yours can, link me.

They just released an untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1.

Because they won't waste a jailbreak on a beta. It'll be a waste. And many phones have been bought at 4.2.1
And how about the jailbreak they used on 4.2.1 has already been fixed in 4.3?

I have rc3, and rc4.
But, if you're using win7 64bit, it isn't going to work.
I had so many problems jailbreaking a 4.1 3G iphone it was a little tiring, had to switch to my computer running XP to finally get it to jailbreak/stop endless loop.
