Considering it's being re scripted to work with everything, is it going to be redesigned as well? Extra functions?

The new trainer maker will generate a lua script (gui buildup will be done automatically using a designer that you can drag/drop/move items) and pack ce and that lua script into one self extracting exe which runs that script when executed
So basically everything that can be done with lua will be possible with the trainer.

But then more automated and more advanced

I'll add some extra functions to the lua engine as well (like playing music/soundeffects)
