Well, Hero has recommended I get a new computer. Which I have been wanting to do for awhile, just haven't been able to afford the one i want yet. So instead of getting that build, I decided to try and come up with another build that wasn't so pricey. Tell me what you guys think.
What is your actual budget, $725? If you're looking to save some extra money, you can take the RAM down from 8GB, that isn't really necessary. 2x2GB should complement your build fine.

The system is outdated and graphic is too weak by today's gaming standards. How much can you spend?
Do you need keyboard, mouse, and monitor? _________________

HD4670 is a weak card by today's standards and it's 2 generations old. The person who uploaded the video is false advertising as the only way to make that card "look good" is to run it at a lower resolution (1280x720).
Most users today will have at least a 22" monitor which runs on a resolution of 1680x1050. I've checked out other videos from other users playing that game with a HD4670 and all of them ran at pretty low resolutions. There was one who probably ran natively on his 19" widescreen at 1440x900 and the game lag like hell.
Get 2 of those cards?
You must be out of your mind. _________________

If you can find me a better card for under $100 dollars that can play Black Ops, MW2, etc. I don't understand why someone would fake it other than people who work for ATI or get paid to do it. This guy wouldn't get payed to do it with a 100 views. Anyway, since you're so bent on my choice, find a better one for under 100 bucks.

Single player footage at 30fps and no anti aliasing. By the look of it, it looks like his doing it for a school project.
Also
GTX 430,450 is below, around 100USD
5750 is around 100USD
5670 is below $100 USD
you can try buying a used working 4870 for about $100 USD _________________
I didn't find any of those cards for $100. $150-300 only. I just need a nice graphics card isn't too expensive and will play Black Ops, MW2, L4D2, Borderlands, etc, at 30 FPS or higher. And so far, I've heard that this HIS card can do that on a decent resolution and medium to high graphics settings. If I had the money I'd go with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130550 . But this is budget build and I want the computer to be fast, not too cheap (because there is a point where quality of product starts degrading). I am looking to build a gaming PC for $800 USD or under.

There is no comment because it's made by some fucking idiot running at some weak ass resolution!
And most of the cards Shota suggested can be bought for under $100

It would probably be worth it to get a 5750 instead of a 5670, but either way, you're looking at a 500 watt power requirement or if you really want to save all that money, sub 500 watts will do. Lynnfield doesn't really like huge quantities of ram anyway, so 4 gbs is definitely enough. 8 is kind of overkill.
GPU is too expensive. $100 dollars or under only. Don't want to get a base line power supply because I might get another gpu (different) dual ones. I want at least 6GB of ram but I couldn't find any 6GB kits for a reasonable price. I just want to state that I don't want bottom of the line cheap. I just want decent parts at a decent price that'll do the job good. This is gonna be a gaming machine and....and I don't want everything to be too cheap, because there is a lot of cheap shit that won't last long. And I want quality. I could just drop budget down to 500 dollars and then that machine would last me like a year xD
