I don't know what you are on about, but stereotyping an entire continent because of one countries decision just seems awkward. Also I've seen sekirei, it is pure breasts sadly, stopped watching after the fourth episode. If you are referring to the English dubbing, iunno, I watch all my animes softsubbed.
