I'm a level 7 Summoner with 1539 IP. I always play as Cho'Gath using the attack build, never defense.

Which runes should I buy? I currently have 0 runes.

You can only have 3 quintessences.
Tier 1 runes are reasonably OK so if you really want to grab a few of them but never ever ever get T2 runes.

runes and masteries don't matter much until s.lvl +20.
just get garen or mordekaiser and pubstomp/farm till level 30.
shitload of IP waiting to be spent on t3 runes and champs

I hope by attack you mean AP. Otherwise, you'll definitely need a new champion before buying runes.

Since you're a low level, pick a champion like WW or katarina and just steamroll games. Accumalate wealth until level 20 and then buy runes.
I can give you a generally good rune build for every hero if you like.

Or champions like garen or mordekaiser, nobody knows how to counter them at your level.

Save up 3150 IP for either Garen or Mordekaiser. Buy one, and destroy because they're so easy to play as. Then save up IP for level 20 runes.

A generic rune build would be best. You're more than likely going to be jumping from hero to hero. I remember I use to love tryndamere when I was in around 300 wins, now that I'm almost at 900 wins, tryndamere is far from my best character.

Don't even fucking touch that shit until level 20. No fucking point. Spend it on champions or save until level 20.
