Lets face it guys I'm overweight and I don't have any muscle.. and if I don't start working out now I'll be that thirty year old fatass.. so I'm going to go ahead and start losing weight and gaining muscle hopefully in the next two years I'll be buff and average weight.

Biking and swimming are some of the best choices. Walk a bit every day. You might be surprised.

I can't swim.. the floating sensation frightens me and I was biking/walking but I wasn't getting any results, I was walking a 2-3+ miles a day or I was walking two miles on the treadmill and I wanna gain muscle so I don't wanna do plain cardio..

You don't get muscle from cardio, all the people telling you to run/walk/bike are full of shit.

Swimming helps more than any of those if you must do cardio.

If you start "walking/running" every just randomly you wont even lose weight, youll have to make a program for yourself and stick to it, gradually increasing how much you run/walk. Besides, cardio only helps if youre like 300 pounds and JUST want to lose fat

sorry buddy, but you have me messed up I have a very strict diet that I've been following for years, if you knew me you'd know that medication had side effects that caused rapid weight gain and it was illegal at the time and I was forced to take them by my doctor when I was eight.

1. Diet doesn't matter much, your body can burn anything. Just stay away from stuff that's plain bad for you, like caffeine.
2. Bicycling will jack up your legs and build lung strength, but it's not huge on cardio unless you're going cross country.
3. Swimming is great for cardio and lungs, but you don't build muscles/slowly build a little bit of muscle. Muscles size doesn't matter at all, so swimming is a great all round solution, but if you're looking to get jacked then
4. Parkour, the best type of excersize ever.
