Also your icons at the bottom seem to be broken, clearly your itunes is playing but the button you have at the bottom just loads the player into a new window thus rendering that button useless (2 itunes), the image is pixelated at the bottom right, and double browsers? Eat your CPU.

Also, Rainmeter is completely useless especially in your case because you seem to never be just visualizing your desktop and seem to be running more than one thing, thus rendering it useless.
