What software? Don't use mesh hair unless you know what you're doing with textures. If the program has it, use the built in hair features.

Looking good. Although the creases on the sleeves look a bit too regular, you should make some longer/shorter.

He still looks kind of tube-ish. I would try to work on shaping out the chest.

The general style is quite good. I also find the nose odd, I think its sort of not showing how it comes out, or maybe its the nostrils... Idk. Also, the mouth looks... strange. Maybe its the lack of lips or something but it doesn't quite look right. Other than that, good job Smile
