All of them are pretty much equally as bad if you die as a result, so assuming you are still alive afterwards, it would be your spine. My dad's a pain physician and he deals with numerous spinal injuries.

I wasnt refering to a death injury, More like a Pain experiencing injury

Spine isn't a bone, it's a series of bones, linked by cartilage, most back injuries are what's called "compression fractures", it's where an individual vertebrae gets a hairline fracture from heavy lifting or impact of some type.

Broken bones hurt far less than you would suspect. I broke my tibia 2 inches above my ankle skate boarding on a half once. It was 9 hours before I had a doctor look at it. I have also broken both arms, and I have a metal plate in my left hand from where I broke my fifth metacarpal. That's the bone in your hand attatched to your pinky. Was 2 weeks before I had that fixed, the dr had to rebreak it.

Of any bone, though it's not bone, nose, if it has to be a true bone, then skull.

Tail bone. It's the only bone I've ever "broken" (it was only a fracture) and I can only imagine what it would feel like if I ACTUALLY broke it. That very, very unpleasant experience hurt for MONTHS.
