| Well this is really old but I made it in ACID Pro 6 using MIDI sequencing... I've really advanced since then :/

Ok first of all you need a fundamental knowledge of MIDI sequencing on a piano roll.
Try playing with mario paint roll until you're completely familiar with sequencing notes.
Then you can pick some advanced software like Fruity Loops or Reason and talk to Gogodr, me, or I guess Haxory on msn or something.
I didn't know Haxory made music :/
