How do I cheat?

| I need to get down to 275 for wrestling in a few months. I started at 410 so I'm almost at the end of the bar now.

No I don't I'm just doing it to get in shape. I have never even done the sport or even seen it besides the olympics and wwe (lol).

Its an enV Touch. Anyway I'm trying to put on mass in muscle whilst losing weight so its become a little harder because I need a lot of protein. I got whey powder though and that seems to be helping because I don't need to take in many calories to get in 25 g of protein after a workout.

Good choice of sport, good coaches do a lot of conditioning though; good in your case.
Also, great job on the weight loss
