Do you think this is a machine that should be in existance? Its said to be a "Dooms Day" device, in sorts; if the beam of radiowaves it sends out were to come back to the earth, it would make an explosian the size of "10 mount st helens"
It has the power to control weather, and possibly more.
It also has the right frequencys to control the human mind, and possibly "Blow your mind", so some say.

Its highly possible.
It sends extremely high-watts of energy into our Ionosphere, and its got more power then some countrys do.

It sends extremely high-watts of energy into our Ionosphere, and its got more power then some countrys do. |
Energy isn't measured in watts. Also, where'd you find that second piece of information?

First of all, it would be a government conspiracy, so that would be out of the question.
Second of all, someone got completely fried by this thing from just being in its radius. (Didn't touch it, just standing there when it was turned on.)
