Skins are client sided. And free.
You can enfore a server sided switch, but that requires extensions.

really.. source is better but bleh 
yeah skins are pretty much client sided. here is the trick go to your nexon folder counter strike and there should be a huge file. that is the one that haves most of the content. Nexon files are pretty though to crack so try googling if anyone already did it. if you find an extractor and then a compiler you are good. if not, bad luck. |
