Final Fantasy 13
Make sure you get a PS3 with firmware 3.41 or below. That way you'll be able to jailbreak it, and play games for free from the internal (or external) hard drive.

Not banned, it's just that you have to be on the latest firmware version to play online, and you can't jailbreak the latest firmware version. _________________
