How do I cheat?

I was able to join a team for highlander.
I was supposed to be sniper, but i think i'm soldier now.
I'm horrid at both, but i'm probably better with soldier then i am with sniper

No, that would be heavy/demo.
I would think sniper is only easy with the lucksman.

Nah. Heavy (Against shit players) is the easiest, but demoman really isn't easy and the sooner you realise that the better.
