I have seen people getting killed in street fights with bare hands.
I have seen people shot point blank range with a shotgun by the police.
I have seen prison escapees murder people with knives.
I have seen someone I know (a high government official) shoot someone who tried to carjack him.
There are drugs everywhere, today at school I picked up some nice weed, and got offered cocaine (I am 15!).
There are guns everywhere. I have seen gangs with M16's fighting the police.
There are always street fights.
All the media is focused of Africa. They should come to PNG and check it out!

Whether it's a technological advanced or 3rd world countries, there will always be dangers, but it all depends on how the government enforces its laws.
e.g. A technology advance country where people ran amok is too a dangerous country.
