The idea is cool. And doesn't look hard to code, either. Good luck
Just a suggestion: I wouldn't make your pong's speed decrease with hp, or losing 10hp would result in losing them all eventually.

Instead of having the reflector lines and such, you could also make the outline shape change depending on how many players is present ex:
2players: square (original pong)
3players: triangle
4players: full square
5players: pentagon
and so on. Just an idea.

instead of replacing the player that loses with a cpu it's easier and nicer to just replace it will a wall segment. Making it for other players more tactical to bounce the ball of that wall
