Not really, I've had 800kb/sec before but it didn't last long.
Our lines CAN get them speeds.

They probably cap it because it requires fuckin' shit ton of money to be spent due to your fail lines or something like that, so they only give it to people that it doesn't cost them so much to give it to. Derr

So the reason I get shit dll speeds is because I'm on the computer too much?
My ISP says that I'm paying for 2 mb/s, and I get 200 kb/s. When returning from greece last year, my speed was like 1.5 mb/s and it was epic. Then it died.

that's about 200 kb/s meng
