I have two xboxes.. One is modded and the other is not.. but I have three banned XBL accounts that I canceled and there still charging them.. so I can't buy a gold membership.

When you host a lobby they ban you're console after several hours of you using the modified boot loader but all you have to do is exchange the KV from another console with the banned KV then you simply create an account and sign onto there network.

Not necessarily, it all depends on where and who you get your keyvaults from, I usually get 30min/1hr ones.

I tried calling them they claim that there not charging me but the bank says otherwise.

I had a brand new KV that wasn't used and wasn't shared so it lasted 3-4 hours.

Try doing the method with Google Chrome so you can log in to Xbox.com and check your account to see if there's a subscription.
