Newfags - People just came into random spam and flamed constantly, thus being new.
Flashfags - Come from the Flash section of the forum, and pretty much being a stupid jackass, newfagish.
Oldfags - Veterans of the forum, Usually here for a while.
(Except in some cases eg: Ben)
